	Q. Is FlashPoints available for Apple Computers? A. No, FlashPoints is only available for computers running Microsoft Windows 7, 8, or 10.
	Q. I have downloaded the FlashPoints demo and I am having trouble running it. A. Some anti-virus programs may prevent FlashPoints from downloading properly. Try uninstalling FlashPoints, turning off your anti-virus program, then download FlashPoints again. If you still have problems, please call Flash-Soft Support. Don't forget to turn your anti-virus program back on.
	Q. Can FlashPoints drawings be imported into other programs? A. No, FlashPoints uses a proprietary database system that is not compatible with other programs.
	Q. When I buy FlashPoints will it come with all of the manufacturers in it? A. Yes, the FlashPoints Pro RestaurantCAD subscription comes with all 7 manufacturers.
	Q. Will FlashPoints run on a network? A. No, FlashPoints was designed to run on standalone computers so it could be used in the field.
	Q. What is Flash-Soft's return policy? A. Flash-Soft does not have a return policy. We allow our customers to try our software for 3 days before buying so they can be sure the software will work for them. In addition, our software is licensed annually to our customers. Once the software has been received, it is presumed to have been consumed and may not be returned.
	Q. FlashPoints is displaying a message that my demo has expired. A. If your FlashPoints license has expired, contact Flash-Soft to extend your FlashPoints license.
