If you have trouble installing FlashPoints, please try the following:
1. Check your internet connection.
2. Temporarily disable your anti-virus program.
3. Clear your browser CACHE and retry the download.
4. In Windows, Go to SETTINGS - APPS - APPS & FEATURES. Make sure the Installing Apps setting says "Allow apps from anywhere".
5. Check with your IT department. Ask if they have your computer folders set to READ ONLY, to prevent programs from installing.
6. Try changing to a different browser, such as Google Chrome, and reconnecting to www.flash-soft.com.
7. If the installer freezes, click HERE to download and run the Microsoft Troubleshooter. Then reboot your computer and try the FlashPoints download again.
